Shipping Information:
At this time, all items are shipped USPS Priority Mail and should go out no later than 5 business days after you order it. In special circumstances you will be notified by email. Occasionally, as a single mom with an active child and an outside-of-town full time job, as well, things don't happen as timely as I would like them to....if you need a status update or are wondering what is taking so long, please feel free to email me whenever you like and I will update you. Sometimes I am just waiting for inventory that is supposed to be arriving IMMINENTLY to fill your order. That is probably the most common reason for lateness. Please bear with me!
Snapaholics is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged by the postal service, nor for international customs fees.
International items are shipped in a priority envelope. If the items do not fit in this envelope, you will be contacted to arrange additional payment for an international parcel.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Returns / exchanges are available for products if damaged and unusable upon delivery. Contact us at info@snapaholics.com if there is any problem with your order, and we will do our best to assist you!
